Because of Fox's ongoing copyright litigation surrounding "Buffy," they cannot grant us permission to show episodes of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" at the 2008 Slay-A-Thon.  However, they can allow us to show "Angel" episodes.

We are "revamping" our 2008 event and will show "Angel" exclusively this year.  While we are disappointed, we appreciate Fox's willingness to compromise and continue their support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Please remember the most important part of Slay-A-Thon is the wishes we are able to grant for children with life-threatening medical conditions.

What should I bring?

  • Yourself and anyone else you can convince, drag, or shanghai for a great Buffy/Angel time!
  • Spare change (explained below)
  • Your donation sheet
  • Donations of any size
  • A camera (we love to get pictures of our attendees!)
  • Your checkbook and/or credit cards

What's with the spare change?

We are going to have a great time with this! While the episodes are showing, feel free to aim your coins at the screen boxes to let us know how you feel about the show. If you love a scene, let the coins fly! We will have additional coins on site to trade bills for. Believe us, this is a blast. Beware of flying change! Hard hats are optional but recommended for the front row.
