Angela is a 19-year-old girl who lives with her parents in Des Plaines, Illinois. Her favorite color is pink and she loves the movie School of Rock. When she’s not jamming out to hits by the Goo Goo Dolls, Angela likes to practice playing the guitar herself!
Angela was diagnosed with tetralogy of fallot as a little girl, which is a congenital heart defect. These abnormalities have caused Angela to have difficulties eating and may cause sudden faintness or a stroke. Although Angela has been through a lot, she keeps a smile on her face and loves living the life of a teenage girl!
When asked about a wish, Angela wished to meet John Rzeznik, the lead singer of the Goo Goo Dolls! Thanks to your generous support and the efforts of the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Illinois, Angela will have the opportunity to watch the Goo Goo Dolls perform live in concert. She will receive backstage passes to the concert, get to meet the band, and even get her guitar signed by all the band members! Angela is especially excited to spend extra time with the lead singer, John Rzeznik! This is sure to be a once-in-a-lifetime, dream come true!
